Fall Registration Information

Registration Fees

One Child: $85

Two Children: $170

Three or more: $212.50

A family with three or more children receive a 50% discount on the third child. A fourth child (or more) plays for free. You must pay by check to receive this discount. You can still register your children online; however, choose 'pay by check' from the payment options. Calculate the proper discount and send your check to the league office or give it to a director.

Verification and Proof of Residency Requirments

Age Verification

All first year applicants must provide their birth certificates for age verification. You may bring the original certificate to traditional registration and the league will photocopy the document. You may photocopy the document yourself and mail it to the league office.

All-Star participants will have to turn over their original birth certificates to the league until the end of post-season play.

Proof of Residency

Every player must provide proof of residency each season,without exception.

A copy of any utility bill is the most common form of proof. You will need to bring the document to traditional registration or you can mail a copy to the league office.

Anyone using a false address or tampering with proof of residency guidelines will be excused from the league, without refund.


Traditional and Online Registration Information

Traditional Registration

Traditional registration is held on two scheduled Saturday's prior to each season. You can register your children in person. If you are registering a child for the first time, traditional registration is RECOMMENDED. League directors are on hand to collect birth certificates, proof of residency, and payment. If you have questions about league age and division assignments, a director will be able to walk you through the process.

For parents that choose to register their kids online, you can deliver birth certificates, proof of residency, volunteer applications, medical release forms and payments to a league director at Traditional registration as well.

Leauge Age Information

Little League calculates your child's "league age" based on the child's age after May 1st of the coming year for Baseball and after January 1st of the coming year for Softball.

There are different league age cut off dates for Softball and Baseball.

Team Assignment Information

Fall Season Team Assignments

Kids are assigned to divisions based on league age. Anyone league age 5 to 6 that has not played a season of Tee Ball at EOLL must play at least one season of Tee-Ball.

Anyone league age 6 that have played at least one season of Tee Ball at EOLL may move into the Coach Pitch division.

  • Rookie division: league age 7 & 8
  • Minor division: league age 9 & 10.
  • Major division: league age 11 & 12.
  • Junior division: league age 13 & 14.
  • Senior division: league age 15 & 16.

Spring Season Team assignments

Tee Ball teams are assigned by the league based on league age. Any player league age 5 or 6 that has not played a season of Tee Ball will be assigned to the Tee Ball division

Players that are league age 6 that have played a season of Tee Ball (at EOLL) will be assigned to a Coach Pitch team.

Players that are league age 7 or 8 are assigned to the Rookie division and TEAMS WILL BE ASSIGNED BY THE LEAGUE; NOT DRAFTED. This is brand new for the 2008 Spring Season.

The Minor, Major, Junior and Senior division teams are drafted by the managers. Each player must attend the tryout process. Each player will be asked to run one length of the bases. Their time will be recorded by the managers. Each player will be asked to demonstrate infield and outfield defensive skills. They will be asked to hit. If a player has pitched in prior seasons or is interested in pitching, they will be asked to take the mound and pitch as well.

Managers will study the results and draft teams according to the guidelines of Little League baseball.

The Rookie division is made up of 7 and 8 year olds. The Minor division is made up of 9, 10 and 11 year olds (all 12 year olds must be drafted into the Major division). The Major division is made up of 9, 10, 11 and 12 year olds. The Junior division is made up of 13 and 14 year olds. The Senior division is made up of 15 and 16 year olds.


Player Needs

Baseball Players Need...

  • Gray baseball pants. No other colors are allowed.
  • A baseball glove
  • Baseball cleats. No metal cleats are allowed in Major divisions(12 yrs) and below.
  • Baseball Socks and Belt.
  • Your coach will define the team colors.

The league provides uniform shirts, hats or visors, helmets and catchers gear, first aid kit, Tee and a bat for T-Ball and Coach Pitch teams.  Many players use their own bats and helmets. Be sure that all bats are stamped with the 'approved for Little League' logo. The 2008 Little League Rule book has adopted a new rule. All helmets in the Major division and below are required to have a full cage face mask.

Softball Players Need...

  • Black Softball Shorts
  • White Slider Pants
  • A Softball Glove
  • Softball Cleats
  • Uniform Socks. Coaches will define the team colors.
