The 'Coaches Corner'
A resource center for the Manager's and Coaches of E.O.L.L.
Welcome to the "Coaches Corner". In this section you will find information and resources to make your volunteer experience as rewarding and fun as it can be.
There are many ways to approach the game and management of the team. This experience should be centered on giving the kids the opportunity to have fun, learn the game and improve their self esteem through sports.
Managers and Coaches are the "teachers of integrity". Thank you for maintaining an acute awareness on the important subjects of fair play, sportsmanship, positive encouragement, and respect for the game officials and rules.
If you have any questions, contact your player agent. They are your conduit for league information.
Thanks Coach!
